Station          Description     Volunteers

Greeters	Greeters should stand by the entrance door and greet families with a smile. Answer questions and direct them where to go.	1. Greeter #1- __________________________________________ 2. Greeter #2- __________________________________________
Security	Upstairs – Security must access the room and attend to any conflicts or incidents that need to be resolved.   Downstairs – Security must make sure no children or teens come in without a guardian. Ticket booth	Ticket Booth Person will sell tickets and game cards. Must keep track of how many tickets/ game cards are sold. Tickets are $1 each, and game cards are $5 each. Popcorn	Popcorn Vendor must take tickets as payment for popcorn bags. Must keep track of Bags sold matching tickets received.	1. __________________________________________ 2. __________________________________________

Craft Table #1	One Craft Person will collect tickets. Other craft people will help the children put their crafts together.	1. __________________________________________ 2. __________________________________________

Parachute	Parachute leader will be in charge of explaining each game. (A brief meeting with the Children’s Director is required to learn these games). Parachute Helpers will help with handling the parachute and following the Parachute Leader’s directions. Toddler Play Area	Toddler Leader and helpers will play with and maintain toddler play area, which will consist of rugs and toys.	1. __________________________________________ 2. __________________________________________
Face Painting	This must be a skilled Artist/ Face Painter who can paint faces in at least 5 minutes or less for each child. (A brief meeting with the Children’s Director is required for instruction/practice)	1. __________________________________________ 2. __________________________________________
